CI Care Plus

CRITICAL ILLNESS BENEFIT

Coverage of up to RM200,000 payout or total premiums paid (whichever is higher) will be payable, if you are diagnosed with Critical Illnesses.

DIABETES-RELATED DISEASE BENEFIT

50% of coverage amount will be payable upon the diagnosis of the covered Diabetes-related Diseases, which will reduce your total Critical Illness coverage.

MATURITY BENEFIT

If no claims are made, get back 100% of your coverage amount when your policy matures.

COMPASSIONATE BENEFIT UPON DEATH

Lump sum amount for your family upon death during the term of your policy.

ELIGIBILITY

Subject to AIA’s underwriting requirements, to be eligible for this plan:

• You must be a Malaysian Citizen

• You are between 18 and 55 years old (age last birthday)

• You must answer all health questions by AIA and disclose all material facts pertaining to you, such as, any pre-existing conditions you have (example, heart, liver or lung conditions, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, etc.), ongoing investigations by a doctor, your hospitalisation history and your immediate family members’ health history (example, whether your father had suffered from heart attack, stroke, cancer or diabetes before age 60). The information declared by you should be true and correct.

• You understand this product is purchased on your own discretion based on key facts/benefits of the product disclosed to you, and it is sold to you on a non-advised basis.

• You are not a resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey.

EXCLUSION
