Customer Credit Limit

What is Customer Credit Limit?

  • Customer Credit Limit refers to the combined credit limit assigned to you across all your Citibank credit cards. This does not include your instalment limit, if any.

How did I get my Customer Credit Limit?

  • Customer Credit Limit takes the highest credit limit on your Citibank credit cards, and in a one-time exercise in February 2012, gives you a single credit limit to remember across all your cards.
  • As this is NOT an increase in your combined credit limit, your total credit limit remains unchanged.
