The transaction date will be the date you make the payment instruction to Citibank Online Bill Payment. The posting date will depend on your credit card issuing bank. Generally, it should not exceed more than 3 business days from your transaction date.

Your credit card issuing bank will not authorise the amount that you indicate for payment if there is insufficient limit in your credit card account. As such, Citibank Online Bill Payment will not be able to process your transaction.

For non-Citibank credit card holders:

Upon approval by your credit card issuing bank, we will send you a payment confirmation via email to indicate that we will be making payment to the relevant bill payees. The billers are required to update your account with them no later than 5 working days.

Yes. Please take note that payment made after 10.00pm will be treated as the next day's transaction in line with industry practice.

Yes you can. If you are Citibank customer, you can only make payment with the credit card you use to login into Citibank Online.

Yes, certainly. You can pay more than 1 bills in one login session.

The minimum and maximum amounts you can transact depend on the individual bill payee. This amount will be reflected in the E-Billers list

Certainly. If you have internet access through a modem of any PC, you may use your Internet Service Provider (ISP) account, e.g. Jaring, to acess Citibank Online Bill Payment service. If you are in a business environment and are connected to the internet via LAN, you should also be able to use Citibank Online Bill Payment service.

The Citibank Online Bill Payment session will be terminated once you click on Logout or close your application window.

Yes, as long as you have signed up with your ISP's, e.g. Jaring's roaming service. Or you can also access from any computer that has internet connectivity from wherever you are.
