Question 1 - Who is eligible to apply?
Answer 1 - A Malaysian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Malaysia, Malaysia Employment Pass/Work Permit Holders and Dependent(s) of Pass Holders for themselves, their spouse and children.
Question 2 - Who is eligible to be covered under the family plan?
Answer 2 - The family plan includes you, your spouse and all your accompanying children aged below 18 years old or up to 23 years old, if he/she is a full time student in a recognised institution of higher learning.
Question 3 - What is the maximum age limit?
Answer 3 - As long as you are below 80 years old, you are eligible to enrol. For family plan, a child must be below 18 years old or up to 23 years old, if he/she is a full time student in a recognised institution of higher learning.
Question 4 - Can a child buy a separate Individual Plan if he is accompanied by an insured adult?
Answer 4 - Yes. 50% of the individual plan premium will be charged for him.
Question 5 - Is there a maximum period of cover?
Answer 5 - The maximum period of cover is 190 days.
Question 6 - Under what circumstances is an applicant allowed to take up a 'One Way' trip cover?
Answer 6 - It is only applicable to those who are emigrating or students going overseas for education. For ‘One Way’ trip cover, arrival at final destination must be completed within 31 days [including any stopover(s)].
Question 7 - When will my insurance terminate on a 'One Way' trip?
Answer 7 - The 'One Way' trip will terminate 72 hours (3 days) from the scheduled time of arrival at the final destination.
Question 8 - When will my coverage start?
Answer 8 - Coverage will begin upon successful payment. A confirmation email, which includes the Policy Schedule and Policy Wording, will be sent to you immediately for online application.
Question 9 - Can I cancel my policy?
Answer 9 - You may cancel the policy by giving written notice to us. Upon cancellation, any refund of the premium would be based on the conditions stipulated in the policy contract.

Question 1 - Who is eligible to apply?
Answer 1 - A Malaysian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Malaysia, Malaysia Employment Pass/Work Permit Holders and Dependent(s) of Pass Holders, excluding overseas secondment & students studying overseas.
Question 2 - What is the age limit?
Answer 2 - From 18 years old till below 70 years old.
Question 3 - Is there a maximum period of cover?
Answer 3 - The maximum period of cover is 95 days per trip, unlimited number of trips within the period of insurance stated in the Certificate of Insurance.
Question 4 - What is Auto-Renewal?
Answer 4 - Auto-Renewal is an option whereby the insured can choose for their policy to be automatically renewed for another policy period with a one-time instruction.
Question 5 - What is Auto-Debit?
Answer 5 - Auto-Debit is an option where after the insured has opted for an Auto-Renewal on their policy the premium will be automatically charged to their Credit/Debit cards.
Question 6 - Can I cancel my policy?
Answer 6 - You may cancel the policy by giving written notice to us. If you cancel within 14 days upon successful payment, your premium will be refunded without interest. For cancellation after the 14 days upon successful payment, any refund of premium will be based on the conditions stipulated in the policy contract.
