| Terms and conditions for 2012 Home Loan Friend Referral Programme |

| 1. |
The 2012 Dream Homes Calendar Referral Programme (“Programme”) is organized by Citibank Berhad (297089-M) (“Citibank”) and is open to all calendar recipients (“Introducers”) who are residents of Malaysia. |

| 2. |
Introducers must refer new-to-bank customers who take up a Citibank Home Loan (“Introducees”) to qualify for the Programme coded with “Freebies” (“Gift”) in the 2012 Dream Homes Calendar as set out in this Terms and Conditions. |

| 3. |
To participate in this Programme, Introducer will have to email the following details to freebies@citi.com

| 4. |
The Introducer must first obtain the consent of the Introducee to disclose particulars of the Introducee namely, the Introducee’s name, contact number and address to Citibank as Citibank would be contacting them. In this respect, the participating Introducer expressly consent to Citibank disclosing the Introducer’s name if the Introducee requests for the Introducer’s identity. Email which contains information of the Introducee details must reach Citibank via the email address stated above before or on the loan submission month. |

| 5. |
Any late submission of the Introducee details i.e. after the loan submission month will not be eligible for the Programme. |

|
| 6. |
For every loan accepted by the Introducee, Introducers are eligible for the Gift of the loan submission month stated in the 2012 Dream Homes calendar. |
| |
|
| 7. |
This Programme runs from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012 (“Programme Period”). |
| |
|
| 8. |
In event two (2) or more Introducers provide the same Introducee and a Citibank Home Loan account is subsequently opened in the said Introducee’s name within the Programme Period, the Gifts will be awarded to the Introducers whose email was first received. |

|
| 9. |
This Programme is only applicable for completed and properties under construction. A successful referral is achieved when the Introducee takes up a Citibank Home Loan. |
| |
|
| 10. |
This Programme is however not applicable to refinancing of an existing Citibank Home Loan and this Programme is not applicable in conjunction with any of Citibank’s ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated. |

|
| 11. |
All costs in respect of transportation expenses as well as any other expenses in relation to the Gift will be borne solely by eligible Introducers. |

| 12. |
The Gift will be handed over to the eligible Introducers at a date and location to be decided by Citibank. |
| |
|
| 13. |
Citibank expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality or merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Gift. |

|
| 14. |
The Gift is subject to a “while stocks last” basis. |
| |
|
| 15. |
The Gift does not include any accessories or items that are shown in any materials as they are for illustrative purposes only. |
| |
|
| 16. |
The title in any one of the Gift and any risk of loss or damage to the Gift passes to the eligible Introducers upon handover of the Gift to the Introducers. Citibank shall not be liable for or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Gifts. |
| |
|
| 17. |
Citibank does not accept any liability whatsoever (including negligence) with respect to injury, losses, damages or accidents arising from the use of the Gifts by the Introducers and/or any other persons whomsoever. |
| |
|
| 18. |
The Gifts are non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or in full. |
| |
|
| 19. |
Citibank reserves the right to replace the Gift with another Gift of similar value. |
| |
|
| 20. |
Introducee account(s) must be in good standing throughout the Programme Period and Gift fulfilment period in order to be entitled to participate in this Programme and be eligible for the Gift. |
| |
|
| 21. |
For avoidance of doubt, in the case of joint applications for a Citibank Home Loan, eligible Introducers are only entitled to only one (1) unit of each Gift per loan application. |
| |
|
| 22. |
By participating in this Programme, the Introducers hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the decisions of Citibank and/or the judges, and the eligible Introducers hereby give their consent to and authorize Citibank to disclose their particulars to the appointed representatives engaged by Citibank for purposes of the Programme, if any. Citibank warrants that the disclosure of such particulars to any third party service providers shall be limited to the eligible Introducers name, address and telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for purposes of the Programme. |

| 23. |
Citibank reserves the right to disqualify anyone/ Introducers as the case may be from participating in the Programme and/or receiving the Gift. |

|
| 24. |
Citibank or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Citibank may engage for purposes of the Programme), will not be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Programme and/or the Gift. |

| 25. |
Citibank reserves the rights to cancel, terminate, suspend or extend the Programme with prior due notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, suspension, or extension by Citibank of the Programme shall not entitle the Introducers or any other persons to any claim of compensation against Citibank for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Programme. |

| 26. |
Citibank shall not be liable for any default due to any Act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, epidemic, pandemic, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failure or any event beyond the reasonable control of Citibank. |

| 27. |
Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Programme shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained. |

| 28. |
Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria from time to time with notice. These Terms and Conditions may be modified, added, deleted or varied by Citibank by way of posting on its website www.citibank.com.my (“Website”) or in any other manner deemed suitable by Citibank. The Eligible Introducers agree to access the Website at regular time intervals to view these Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions. The Eligible Introducers agree that their continued participation in the Programme shall constitute their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time). |
