In order to complete your application, our Customer Service Officer will call you at the number you provided. You can expect to hear from us:
• On the same day if you submit the Contact Me form on weekdays (before 4pm)
• On the next working day if you submit the Contact Me form on weekdays (after 4pm), during weekends or public holidays

Please allow up to 24hrs to process your application after we confirm your application:
• We will call you when your card is ready for collection
• Proceed to your preferred location selected in the form to acknowledge your application and collect your card

*Customers must collect card personally and sign on application form to complete application process. Card not collected within 3 days of approval may be cancelled.
