Customer Credit Limit refers to the combined credit limit assigned to you across all your Citibank credit cards. This does not include your installment limit, if any.
2. How did I get my Customer Credit Limit?
Customer Credit Limit takes the highest credit limit on your Citibank credit cards, and in a one-time exercise in February 2012, gives you a single credit limit to remember across all your cards.
As this is NOT an increase in your combined credit limit, your total credit limit remains unchanged.
If you hold more than one Citibank credit card, your Customer Credit Limit will be displayed on your credit card statements. You can also request for your Customer Credit Limit from Citiphone at 03-2383 0000 (KL), 04-296 0000 (Penang), 07-268 0000 (JB), 09-509 0000 (Kuantan), 06-852 0000 (Melaka) or 1800 82 1010 (Sabah & Sarawak)
No, the maximum amount you can spend with all your cards remains the same; which is capped at your Customer Credit Limit. There is no change to the total credit limit assigned to you.
There are no changes to your statements and payment due dates. However, a summary page will be provided for multiple cardholders which will show the overall summary of their different credit card accounts.
Your supplementary cardholder(s) will not be affected by this enhancement.
This will also mean that for any future credit limit increase to the Principal card, the supplementary cardholder(s) will not automatically enjoy credit limit increase, together with the Principal card.

Installment limit refers to a separate limit comprised in your credit card that can only be utilised for installment products such as Citibank’s Balance Transfer Instalment Plan, Balance Conversion, Dial For Cash and Flexi Payment Plan.
