How do I go about redeeming
online? |

- Login to Citibank Online with your Debit Card or Credit Card number and key in your 6-digit PIN. If you do not have your PIN please call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking:

607-2680000 (JOHOR BAHRU),
1-800-82-1010 (SABAH & SARAWAK)
- Once you are logged in, click on 'Rewards Inquiry and
Redemption' under 'Customer Services'. Select a Card Type
and click on 'Make a Redemption'.
- Please fill in your selected Rewards Code and quantity
required.
- To view the Rewards selection, please click on 'Rewards
Catalog'.
- To redeem your rewards via 'Fast Track' please select
the 'Fast Track' option (only applicable to items with
Fast Track option).
- If you wish to redeem your Rewards points for the waiver
of your Annual Membership Fees, Frequent Flyer Programs
or charity please call our 24 Hour CitiPhone Banking.

Are there any fees for using
Online Rewards Redemption? |

Redeeming online is absolutely free of charge.
However, cardmembers will have to pay for delivery charges
to East Malaysia, just as you do when you redeem your gifts
via CitiPhone or Citibank Fax Banking
Delivery of gifts to West Malaysia is free.
NOTE: Delivery of gifts is strictly within Malaysia only.
