How do I enroll for Electronic Statements? |

- Login to Citibank Online.
- Select Account Information from the left menu and click on E-Statement Enrollment.
- Go through the Citibank Online Statement User Agreement. Click "I Agree" to proceed.
- Select to enroll Banking Statements or Cards Statements or both
Select from the following delivery options:
- Statement via e-mail and Citibank Online
- Statement via Citibank Online
Select your preferred Email Address.
- Confirm your details and click "Enroll now".

By enrolling for Electronic Statements, you have chosen to receive your statement(s) electronically, hence no paper statement(s) will be sent to you. |

How do I pay my Credit Card bills with Electronic Statements? |
| A. |
You have a choice of paying through the following means:
- Transfers and Payment function in Citibank Online if you have a Citibank Checking or Savings account
- Via Interbank GIRO service from another bank within the MEPS network
- Send a cheque by following the steps below:
- The cheque should be payable to "Citibank Bankcard Center for (your name on your credit card)"
- For faster processing, ensure you do the following:
- Sign your cheque
- Write card number(s) on reverse side of cheque
- Indicate payment apportionment for Visa and MasterCard (if applicable)

Can I choose to go back to paper statements later or change my email address for Electronic Statements? |

Yes you can. Just follow the simple steps below:
- Login to Citibank Online.
- Select E-Statements on the left menu. Select Enrollment Inquiry, Update or Cancellation.
- If you would like to go back to paper statements, click on Cancel Enrollment.
- Click Cancel Enrollment to complete the cancellation.

If I have two accounts with Citibank, can I choose to receive an Electronic Statement for only one account? |

No. This is because Electronic Statement enrollment takes into consideration your total relationship with the bank. Therefore when you enroll for Electronic Statements, you will stop receiving paper statement(s) for all the accounts in which you are the principal account holder. |
