The objective of the Management Associate (MA) program is to produce future leaders to run our company. Our MA program offers unparalleled training and development opportunities.

Program Structure

Over a 12-month period, the Management Associates are given the opportunity to gain broad exposure across different businesses within the franchise through structured rotations. The business areas that the MAs may rotate in include:

	Global Banking
	Commercial Banking
	Global Markets / Treasury
	Global Transaction Services
	Unsecured Businesses – Cards & Personal Loans
	Retail Bank
	Mortgage
	Finance
	Human Resources
	Risk Management
	Credit Operations
	Operations & Technology

Apart from on-the-job training, the MAs are also given many opportunities to participate in a wide-array of internal and external programs, designed to provide business knowledge, technical and managerial skills. These programs are aimed to provide foundation training in the key aspects of banking specifically tailored for MAs.

Entry Requirements

	Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (minimum 2nd class upper) with at least 2 years of working experience
	Driven
	Strong communication & influencing skills
	Self-motivated and quick learner
	Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
