The Graduate Executive (GE) program aims to equip our young talents to succeed in our increasingly competitive business environment. It offers excellent training and development opportunities with new initiatives, world-class products and best practices.

Program Structure

The GE Program is a structured 12-month program that forms the first, crucial step for your long-term career path. The GEs will be working on relevant and real tasks from the start, and it includes a combination of classroom and on-the-job training and development. In addition, there will be networking events throughout the program to facilitate their professional growth.

The program ensures that all GEs are exposed to core businesses such as Cards, Retail, Mortgage, Risk Management and Operations. Most importantly, they are developed via Citibank's business philosophy and values, which is the driving force behind our organisation's success.

Entry Requirements

	Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – 2nd class upper & above and/or CGPA of 3.0 & above
	Driven
	Strong communication & influencing skills
	Self-motivated and quick learner
	Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
